Here are some basic rules to remember when designing your custom bass drum head artwork:

Artwork Size

Create your image at 1/2 size or actual size of bass drum head and allow for at least .8″ of bleed room around the design. Raster images need to be 72 dpi – 300 dpi when scaled to 100% actual size.  The larger the file size the better quality print.

Fonts

If sending on non-flattened image, you MUST convert all fonts to curves or paths to eliminate the need to send fonts.

File Formats

We accept pdf, .tif, .eps, .jpg, .gif, .png, .ai, .psd and .zip files.
